Whereas, PT Company, LLC, referred to as Landlord, has leased certain premises to Transformations Hope for Today's Families LLC, referred to as TENANT, And, Where as, TENANT desires to sub-lease to

referred to as Sub-Tenant, portion of the premises, it is Agreed: Tenant leases to Sub-Tenant use of office space at 4010 Dupont Circle Suite 582, Louisville KY, 40207. Sub-Tenant agrees to respect the terms of the original agreement with PT Company, LLC. Sub-Tenant will reimburse Tenant on a schedule of at least monthly. The lease between Landlord and Tenant is incorporated herein as if set forth herein and in full, and Tenant shall have the rights of the Landlord and Sub-Tenant shall have the rights of the Tenant under the agreement.
