Sub-Lease Agreement Sub-Lease Agreement Whereas, Sun Properties, referred to as Landlord, has leased certain premises to Transformations Hope for Today's Families LLC, referred to as TENANT, And, Where as, TENANT desires to sub-lease to Sub-Tenant* First Last referred to as Sub-Tenant, portion of the premises, it is Agreed: Tenant leases to Sub-Tenant use of office space at 4010 Dupont Circle Suite 582, Louisville KY, 40207. Sub-Tenant will reimburse Tenant on a schedule of at least monthly. Effective for one year from date of signature or ongoing if Tenant chooses to extend without changes. The lease between Landlord and Tenant is incorporated herein as if set forth herein and in full, and Tenant shall have the rights of the Landlord and Sub-Tenant shall have the rights of the Tenant under the agreement.
